Track Layouts for Christmas Tree Trains ...

The track for your christmas tree trains does not have to run in an oval at the base of your christmas tree. There are all kinds of other ways that you can lay out the track for your christmas tree toy trains that add a bit more fun to your Christmas Décor. One interesting layout is the double loop. You simply lay out the usual oval track and then add another oval loop of track to that so that the train does a double circle before it lands at the train station.

Another interesting layout for cristmas tree trains is the Figure 8. The figure 8 would not necessarily be constructed with the Christmas tree in the center. Instead the interstices of the figure 8 could be nudged up near the base of the Christmas tree while the christmas tree toy trains run a double loop on either side of it.
Yet another unique layout for christmas tree trains consists of a circle with an oval that extends out from it. The Christmas tree sits in the center of the circle and the train has the option of running around the oval shaped track at well, which can extend further out into the living room.
